Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person given notice of a proposal under section 34J(1), other than a trustee of the operational reserve, may make a submission against the issue of the deed of grant to the Minister.
(2) The submission must--
(a) be made in the approved form; and
(b) be received by the closing day for the submission in the notice under section 34J(2)(b)(iv); and
(c) be lodged at the place or in the way stated in the notice under section 34J(2)(b)(v).
(3) The Minister must consider all submissions received under this section before recommending to the Governor in Council the issue of the deed of grant.
