Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The trustee of an operational reserve may apply for the issue of a deed of grant over the reserve if the trustee is a constructing authority.
(2) An application under subsection (1) may not be made for the issue of a deed of grant over part only of the reserve.
