Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person given notice of a proposal to revoke the dedication of all or part of a reserve under section 34A(1), other than a person who applied for the revocation of the dedication of the reserve, may make a submission against the proposed revocation to the Minister.
(2) The submission must--
(a) be made in the approved form; and
(b) be received by the closing day for the submission stated in the notice under section 34A(2)(b)(iv); and
(c) be lodged at the place or in the way stated in the notice under section 34A(2)(b)(v).
(3) The Minister must consider all submissions received under this section before revoking the dedication of the reserve.
