Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Written notice of the registration of an action in relation to a reserve must be given to each person given notice under section 31D about the proposed action.
(2) The notice must include the date of registration of the action.
(3) If an action is not registered, written notice of the fact must be given to each person given notice under section 31D about the proposed action.
(4) In this section--
action, in relation to a reserve, means--
(a) the dedication of the reserve under section 31; or
(b) the change of the boundaries of the reserve under section 31A; or
(c) the change of purpose for which the reserve is dedicated under section 31B.
