Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If land is entered under chapter 7, part 1, division 3, and the land is registered in the native title register or has been transferred or granted under the Aboriginal Land Act 1991 or the Torres Strait Islander Land Act 1991, the entry must, to the extent possible, take Aboriginal traditions and Islander customs into consideration.

native title register means the National Native Title Register under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth).
