Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Governor in Council may grant, in fee simple, unallocated State land, an operational reserve or rail land.
(2) The Governor in Council may also grant, in fee simple in trust, unallocated State land for use for a community purpose.
(3) A grant under subsection (1) or (2) may not be made for land below high-water mark.
(4) A grant of rail land under subsection (1) may be made only to the State.
