Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The principal activity of a business conducted under a community other licence is the provision of facilities and services to the relevant club's members and the achievement of the club's objects.
(2) The authority under a community other licence to sell or supply liquor does not apply unless a business is conducted on the licensed premises with the principal activity as mentioned in subsection (1).
(3) In this section--
relevant club means the club to which the licence relates.
