Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The principal activity of a business conducted under an industrial canteen licence is the sale of liquor on the licensed premises located within a remote industrial locality.
(2) The authority under an industrial canteen licence to sell or supply liquor does not apply unless a business is conducted on the licensed premises with the principal activity as mentioned in subsection (1).
