Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the principal activity of a business conducted under a subsidiary on-premises licence is the provision of entertainment on the licensed premises.
(2) The authority of the licence is restricted to the sale and supply of liquor to a person for consumption on the premises in association with the person being provided entertainment on the premises.
