Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as practicable after receiving a notice of appeal, the chief executive must give to the director written notice of the names and addresses (as last known to the chief executive) of all persons who made an application, submission or objection in the proceeding relevant to the appeal.
(2) The director must give to each person whose name and address have been notified to the director under subsection (1), other than the appellant, written notice that an appeal has been started.
