Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may appoint a public service officer to be a trainer for a training course approved by the chief executive about a licensee's or a permittee's obligations under this Act (the licensee's course).
(2) However, the chief executive may appoint the officer only if satisfied the officer has the necessary expertise or experience to conduct the course.
(3) Divisions 2 to 5 do not apply to an appointment under this section.
