Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Cancellation, suspension or variation of a permit under section 134 takes effect when written notice of the cancellation, suspension or variation is given to the permittee.
(2) Subsection (1) applies subject to section 134(3) to (9).
