Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A member is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.
(2) If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member, the liability attaches instead to the board.
(3) This section is subject to section 76.
