Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Where a court convicts a person of an offence against section 68, in addition to any penalty it may impose or other order it may make, it shall order the person to deliver the material in question as required by that section, if the person has not already done so, in accordance with such directions as it thinks fit and states in the order.
(2) The person must comply with the order, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--20 penalty units.
