Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA local government may establish, maintain and conduct a library facility as a function of local government and the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, the City of Brisbane Act 1924 and any other Act or law shall apply and have effect accordingly.
