Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) When the draft strategic and operational plans have been agreed to in writing by the Minister, they become the board's strategic and operational plans for the relevant financial year.
(2) However, the Minister may not agree to the plans for subsection (1) until Parliament appropriates amounts for the department for the relevant financial year.
