Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, after the issue of a keno licence, the parties to the associated keno agreement amend the agreement in a way that affects the accuracy of a matter stated in the licence.
(2) The keno licensee must return the licence to the Minister for amendment.
(3) The Minister must return the amended licence to the licensee after making the appropriate amendment.
