Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) On the forfeiture of a thing to the Crown, the thing becomes the Crown's property and may be dealt with by the chief executive as the chief executive considers appropriate.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the chief executive may destroy the thing.
