40 Application for further statement
(1) A person to whom a statement has been given under section 33(the
"requester" ) may apply to the court for an order under this section against
the person who gave the statement (the
"decision-maker" ).
(2) If the court considers that the statement does not
contain adequate particulars of the reasons for the decision, the court may
order the decision-maker to give to the requester, within a specified period,
an additional statement containing further and better particulars in relation
to specified matters or a further statement under section 33.
