18 Operation of other laws
(1) This Act has effect despite any law in force at its commencement.
(2)
However, this Act does not— (a) affect the operation of an enactment
mentioned in schedule 1 , part 1 ; or
(b) apply to decisions made, proposed
to be made, or required to be made, under an enactment mentioned in schedule 1
, part 2 .
