JUSTICES OF THE PEACE AND COMMISSIONERS FOR DECLARATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 32

32 Approved training courses

The Minister may approve, in relation to an office provided for by this Act, a training course that is to be completed by a person or class of person--

(a) before appointment to the office; or
(b) while holding the office.
