JUSTICES OF THE PEACE AND COMMISSIONERS FOR DECLARATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 18
18 Cessation of office on disqualification
A person holding office as an appointed justice of the peace or appointed
commissioner for declarations ceases to hold the office on becoming
disqualified from continuing in the office.
