Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar is to keep a register of all appointed justices of the peace and appointed commissioners for declarations.
(2) The register--
(a) is to be kept in such form and manner that it may be inspected at any office of the registrar in the State and be available for inspection by any person; and
(b) is to state--
(i) the name and address; and
(ii) particulars of appointment;
of each justice of the peace and commissioner for declarations.
