Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Supreme Court of another State or of a Territory has and may exercise original and appellate jurisdiction with respect to State matters.
(2) The State Family Court of another State has and may exercise original and appellate jurisdiction with respect to State matters.
(3) Subsection (1) or (2) does not--
(a) invest a Supreme Court or a State Family Court with; or
(b) confer on any such court;
jurisdiction with respect to criminal matters.
