Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Act, the Bail Act 1980 applies in relation to a child charged with an offence.
(2) A review of a sentence order under part 6, division 9 is an appeal for the purposes of the Bail Act 1980.
