JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT 1992 - SECT 33

33 Who may refer an offence to a coordinator

An offence may be referred for a conference to a coordinator by--

(a) a police officer under part 2, division 3 (the referring police officer); or
(b) a court under part 7, division 2 (the referring court).
