Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsWhere an application is made to the Minister pursuant to this division to amend an approved scheme by varying the boundaries of a precinct, the Governor in Council may approve the amendment if the Governor in Council considers the variation of the boundaries is of a minor nature notwithstanding that sections 10 to 12 have not been complied with.
