Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An employee is entitled to a wage that is not less than the Queensland minimum wage declared by the full bench's general ruling under section 287.
(2) This section does not apply to an employee who is excluded from the operation of the general ruling under section 287(5).
