INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1999 - SECT 61

The commission may make an order under this part only on application by--

(a) an employee to be covered by the order; or

(b) an organisation whose rules entitle it to represent the industrial interests of employees to be covered by the order; or

(c) a State peak council; or

(d) the Minister; or

(e) the anti-discrimination commissioner.
