Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An employee's service in the reserve forces is taken to be continuous service with the employer who employed the employee immediately before the employee starting service with the Forces.

reserve forces means the Australian Naval Reserve, Australian Army Reserve or Australian Air Force Reserve.
