Delayed application of Act other than ch 3 to local governments
202 Delayed application of Act other than ch 3 to local governments
(1) This
Act, other than the relevant provisions, does not apply to a local government
until 1 year after the commencement of this section.
(2) In this section—
"relevant provisions" means— (a) chapter 3; and
(b) the other provisions of
this Act to the extent they apply for the purposes of chapter 3.
