Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The only document made by a local government that the local government's planning scheme may, under the Statutory Instruments Act 1992, section 23, apply, adopt or incorporate, is a planning scheme policy.
(2) A planning scheme policy must not apply, adopt or incorporate another document prepared by the local government.
(3) In this section--
document does not include--
(a) a development approval; or
(b) a continuing approval under chapter 6; or
(c) an approval for an application mentioned in section 6.1.26.
