INTEGRATED PLANNING ACT 1997 - SECT 2.1.1

2.1.1 Meaning of planning scheme

A planning scheme is an instrument made by a local government under division 3.

The Minister also may make a planning scheme if the local government fails to comply with a direction under section 2.3.2.
