Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must consider an application for a key person licence and either grant or refuse to grant the application.
(2) Despite subsection (1), the chief executive is required to consider an application only if the applicant agrees to having the applicant's photograph and fingerprints taken.
