Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not accept employment as a key person, or agree to carry out as an employee the duties of a key person, unless the person is a key person licensee.
Maximum penalty--40 penalty units.
(2) A licensed provider must not employ a person to carry out the functions of a key person, unless the person is a key person licensee.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--40 penalty units.
