Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the chief executive, in making an investigation about a person under section 35 or 56 asks the commissioner of the police service for a written report about the person's criminal history, the commissioner must give the report to the chief executive.
(2) The report is to contain--
(a) relevant information in the commissioner's possession; and
(b) relevant information that the commissioner can reasonably obtain by asking officials administering police services in other Australian jurisdictions; and
(c) other relevant information to which the commissioner has access.
