Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A licensed provider may surrender the licence by written notice given to the Minister.
(2) The surrender takes effect--
(a) if paragraph (b) does not apply--
(i) 3 months after the notice is given; or
(ii) if a later day of effect is stated in the notice--on the later day; or
(b) if the Minister, by written notice, approves a day of effect that is earlier than 3 months after the notice is given--on the day of effect approved by the Minister.
