Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the Minister decides to grant an application for an interactive gambling licence, the Minister must promptly issue an interactive gambling licence to the applicant.
(2) If the Minister decides to refuse to grant an application for an interactive gambling licence, the Minister must promptly give the applicant written notice of the decision.
