Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIn deciding whether a business or executive associate of an applicant for an interactive gambling licence is a suitable person to be associated with a licensed provider's operations, the Minister may have regard to the following matters--
(a) the person's character or business reputation;
(b) the person's current financial position and financial background;
(c) if the person has a business association with another entity--
(i) the entity's character or business reputation; and
(ii) the entity's current financial position and financial background;
(d) anything else prescribed under a regulation.
