HEALTH PRACTITIONERS (PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 46

The purposes of this part include--

(a) to provide for complaints to be made to boards about registrants; and

(b) to state how complaints must be made; and

(c) to state how complaints must be dealt with under this Act.
