Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar may delegate the registrar's powers under this Act to any registrar or deputy registrar of the District Court who is not a judicial registrar of the court.
(2) For subsection (1), the registrar's powers include a power delegated to the registrar by the tribunal under section 217(7).
