Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a board refers a disciplinary matter about a registrant under section 126 for hearing by a panel, the secretary must, by written notice to the members of the panel, establish a professional conduct review panel to hear the disciplinary matter.
(2) The secretary must establish the panel as soon as practicable after the referral.
