5 Meaning of generic terms in Health Practitioner Regulation National Law for purposes of this jurisdiction

In the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Queensland) —


"magistrate" means a magistrate appointed under the Magistrates Act 1991 .


"Magistrates Court" means a Magistrates Court established under the Justices Act 1886 .


"this jurisdiction" means Queensland.
