(1) The chief executive may enter into an agreement (a
"funding agreement" ) with an entity for giving funding to the entity.
(2) A
funding agreement may include the terms the chief executive considers
appropriate.
Example for subsection (2)—
A term of a funding agreement may
provide that, if the funded provider deals with a stated amount in a way that
contravenes a stated prescribed requirement, the amount is repayable to the
chief executive.
