Proceeding to which the commission was a party
124 Proceeding to which the commission was a party
(1) This section applies to a proceeding that, immediately before the
commencement day, had not ended and to which the commission was a party.
(2)
On the commencement day, the State becomes a party to the proceeding in place
of the commission.
