127 Doctrine of ultra vires etc. not revived
(1) The doctrine of ultra vires is not revived in relation to GOCs by this
Act.
(2) The abolition of the doctrine by the Corporations Act is not
affected by this Act.
(3) This section is enacted for the removal of doubt.
