GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2000 - SECT 80H

(1) An application may be made to the tribunal for consent to the sterilisation of a child with an impairment.

(2) The application may only be made by--

(a) a parent or guardian of the child; or

(b) another interested person.
