Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) At a hearing of a chapter 5A application, the tribunal must be constituted by 3 members.
(2) To the extent practicable, the tribunal must include--
(a) the president, a deputy president or a legal member; and
(b) a member who is a paediatrician; and
(c) a personal experience member.
(3) In this section--
paediatrician means a specialist registrant in paediatrics under the Medical Practitioners Registration Act 2001.
