Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The tribunal may, by order, consent to special health care, other than electroconvulsive therapy or psychosurgery, for an adult.
(2) To the extent another entity is authorised by an Act to make a decision for an adult about prescribed special health care, the tribunal does not have power to make the decision.
