Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the tribunal appoints successive guardians or administrators so power is given to a particular appointee only when the power of a previous appointee ends.
(2) If the power of a previous appointee ends--
(a) the previous appointee must advise the next successive appointee of the ending of the previous appointment; and
(b) the next successive appointee must advise the tribunal in writing of the change as soon as practicable.
